SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We typically dispatch online orders within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the order unless you have placed a custom order, which can take at least 6-8 weeks to design and create. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow approximately 6 to 8 business days for your order to be delivered via standard shipping.
Please note that there may be delays in transit time during circumstances like the COVID-19 Pandemic, monsoons or festive seasons.
REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS
All sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer cancellations or return options once you have placed an order. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions.
Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, should any damage occur please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order with a detailed description and photos/videos of the items. We will evaluate the situation and provide you with either a refund, or replacement, or store credit. Refunds or replacements in these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and based on product availability. You can expect to receive the refund within 5-7 days from initiation.

7. Reselling
We do not permit reselling of our products and the only point of purchase of our products is directly through us. Any reselling, recreation or misuse of product images, information and the likes will be considered a violation of the IP rights of Jungle Parade.
8. Products or Services
The nature of handmade pottery means that there will be variations between the pieces, even if they are made from the same clay and fired with the same glaze. As such, some pieces may appear differently from the ones pictured on the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Dimensions of the products are approximations to allow you to understand the relative size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
9. Design
By placing a custom order or commission, we assume the buyer has read all details supplied to them related to their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have done their due diligence to understand the nature of their order, including but not limited to materials being used, making time and cost.
All important design details and attributes should be stated by the buyer during the design process if they are required to be considered by Jungle Parade before the quotation and production process.
All photographs, example images, and any other items that may be shown to a customer during the order process are for illustrative purposes only.
All sketches and ideas shared during the process are owned by Jungle Parade unless specified so. Any copying, reproduction or use of these Intellectual Properties, whether partly or in full, without the permission of Jungle Parade, is prohibited and will be considered as violation of the IP rights of Jungle Parade.
10. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
